الشروط والأحكام | Terms & Conditions

1.سياسة الإلغاء | Cancellation Policy
يجب إلغاء أي حصة قبل 8 ساعات على الأقل من موعدها.
في حال الإلغاء قبل هذه المدة، سيتم إضافة قيمة الحصة إلى رصيدك في STIL.
أما الإلغاء خلال أقل من 8 ساعات من وقت الحصة أو عدم الحضور، فسيتم خصم الحصة ولن يتم استرداد قيمتها.

Any class must be canceled at least 8 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within the allowed time will be credited to your STIL account.
Late cancellations or no-shows (less than 8 hours) will result in the class being deducted with no refund.

 

2.التأخر | Late Arrival
التأخر أكثر من 15 دقيقة يمنع الدخول ولا يوجد تعويض.

Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes will not be admitted or refunded.

 

3.الزي والنظافة | Attire & Hygiene
ارتداء الجوارب إلزامي أثناء الحصص.

Socks are required at all times.

 

4.المدربين | Instructors
يحق للاستديو تغيير المدرب دون إشعار مسبق.

The studio may change instructors without prior notice.

 

5.الحالة الصحية والمسؤولية | Health & Liability
المشارك مسؤول عن الإفصاح عن حالته الصحية، والمشاركة تكون على مسؤوليته الشخصية.
الاستديو لا يقدّم استشارات أو علاج طبي.

Participants are responsible for disclosing health conditions. Classes are attended at your own risk. No medical advice is provided.

 

6.استخدام المعدات | Equipment Use
يجب الالتزام بتعليمات المدرب. الاستديو غير مسؤول عن الإصابات الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام.

Equipment must be used as instructed. The studio is not liable for misuse.

 

7.الممتلكات الشخصية | Personal Belongings
الاستديو غير مسؤول عن فقدان أو تلف الممتلكات الشخصية.

The studio is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

 

8.الدفع والباقات | Payments & Packages
جميع المدفوعات والباقات غير قابلة للاسترداد أو التحويل تحت أي ظرف من الظروف ولها تاريخ انتهاء صلاحية محدد.

All payments and packages are non-refundable, non-transferable under any circumstances and subject to expiry date.

 

9.تعديل الشروط | Policy Updates
يحق للاستديو تعديل الشروط في أي وقت. الاستمرار في استخدام الخدمات يعني الموافقة.

Policies may be updated at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.

 

10.الموافقة | Agreement
بإتمام عملية الحجز، يقرّ المشترك بأنه قرأ ووافق على جميع الشروط والأحكام.
